Established in 1872, Yellowstone National Park is America's first
national park. Located in Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho, it is home to a
large variety of wildlife and features Old Faithful, extraordinary
geysers, hot springs and the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone.
Other recreational attractions include Grand Teton National Park (in
northwestern Wyoming), Craters of the Moon National Monument and
Preserve, Harriman State Park, Henry's Lake State Park and Ashton
Reservoir.
Rexburg also offers Smith Park, Porter Park, Nature Park, Eagle Park,
Hidden Valley Park, Evergreen Park, Rotary Park and Park Street Park.
Rexburg Municipal is the second oldest golf course in eastern Idaho,
and Teton Lakes is a beautiful 18-hole championship course northwest
of Rexburg. |
